I completed my certification from the Minnesota Psychosynthesis school in June of 2000.

In my private practice in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. I combine an Adlerian psychological theory and a body-mind spiritual approach and join with clients to help them discover emotions and beliefs that are already within them. If clients are willing to see life situations as opportunities for growth they can choose to cooperate instead of resisting these processes. Rather than ignoring pain, a client can learn from it by moving through discomfort to greater self-awareness.

I have a Master's Degree in Adlerian Counseling, and have certification in Psychosynthesis and the Enneagam. My work with clients includes assisting with grief, depression, adoption, marital situations, financial, separation, spiritual guidance and loss.
