- I view "neurosis" as the natural unfolding of human maturation, and so my psychotherapy practice focuses on personal emergence and psychospiritual development. My training is varied, including Imago Relationship Therapy, yoga psychology, Rogerian client-centered counseling, as well as Psychosynthesis and other humanistic, transpersonal and eastern traditions. I am a frequent speaker on spiritual emergence, resistance to change and the post-modern future of society, and the founder of several salon discussion groups in New York City. I look forward to working and growing with you.

- My goal for you is to become indestructibly happy from within - to realize your creative potential, increase your ability to function harmoniously in the world, improve the quality of all your relationships, and to do what you want to do when you tune into your innermost sense of self and purpose. My philosophy is that every obstacle is an opportunity to grow and learn. Together we work to help you: Discover your path, find greater meaning and purpose in your life, live pro-actively, based on choices your make rather than reactively based on distortions you hold and gain greater understanding of yourself in relation to the world and your place in it. Techniques are co-created and evolve from your needs, strengths and interests. Sliding scale fee. Free consultation.
