Mara is a teacher, (Cert.Ed.U.K.) and Psychosynthesis Therapist, (Graduated June 2005 from the Psychosynthesis Academy, Stockholm.)
Mara offers face to face Psychosynthesis counselling and on-line counselling as well as life­skills coaching and consultations to help individuals achieve their goals and find their true direction in life. Courses and workshops in personal and transpersonal development are also available and customised to the suit the group's needs.
Mara works unconventionally in a relaxed and calm atmosphere. Her practice, affectionately known as "Herbs and Spice" is in Sundbyberg, just 12 minutes from the centre of Stockholm.
