I trained at the Institute of Psychosynthesis and am registered as a UKCP psychotherapist. I am also a senior BACP accredited counsellor and have been working as a therapist in private and public sector organisations for 16 years. I originally trained as a nurse and midwife.

I pursue an interest in body-mind (psych/soul) connection through training with Jungian analyst Marion Woodman.
